Hello, Clinton Cardinals!
My name is Tara Lewis, and I am honored to serve as the principal of Clinton High School. I am excited to join a school community with such a rich tradition of excellence and Cardinal pride..jpg "tara scott pic")
I believe that true leadership is not found in a title, but in the strength of the relationships we build and the community we foster. My priority is to create a school where every student is seen, every teacher is supported, and every family is a valued partner in our success. Together, we can build on the outstanding traditions of Clinton High School while creating new opportunities for every student to learn, grow, and thrive.
I am committed to fostering a safe, welcoming, and engaging learning environment where students are challenged to reach their full potential and prepared for success beyond graduation. By working together, I know we can continue the great things already happening at Clinton High School and ensure every Cardinal has the support they need to succeed.
I look forward to getting to know our students, families, staff, and community. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you have questions or if there's ever a way I can support you. I am excited for all that lies ahead and proud to be part of the Cardinal family.
With Cardinal Pride,
Tara Lewis

Hello, Clinton Cardinals!
It is an honor to serve as the Assistant Principal at Clinton High School. This is my 15th year in education and my 6th year in the Clinton School District. I hold both a Bachelor's degree in Special Education and a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Missouri State University. Most recently, I
earned my Specialist Degree in Superintendency from William Woods University. Before joining the Clinton team, I taught in the Lebanon and Warsaw school districts.
As we look ahead to the school year, our continued focus will be on building strong, positive relationships with students and families, while maintaining the momentum and positive culture of our high school.
Please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions or need anything throughout the year.
With Cardinal Pride,
Jordan Townsend
